Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Orders placed before noon EST (exluding weekends and holidays) typically ship the same day.
Damaged Goods
All orders are carefully filled, checked, and packaged. However, on rare occasions, a package may be damaged in transit. To return merchandise that was damaged during the shipping or delivery process, please contact us.
Return Policy
It is the customer's responsibilty to correctly enter the key code or serial number before keys are added to the shopping cart. Midwest Security Products will not refund or replace keys if the wrong key code or serial number is specified. If you are uncertain about a key code or serial number please contact us BEFORE placing the order.
