Acceptance of Terms

MidwestKeys.com is an online replacement key ordering service (the "Service") provided by Midwest Security Products, Inc. This service is provided to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time. The most current version is available for your review by clicking on the Information/Conditions of Use link located at the top the MidwestKeys.com home page. You are responsible for checking these terms periodically for changes.

Key Code / Serial Number Authorization

During the checkput process you must acknowledge that you are the rightful owner, or have been authorized by the rightful owner, to order the key codes or serial numbers specified.

Registration Obligations

In consideration of your use of this website, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

Member Account, Password and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and agree that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Midwest Security Products cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You acknowledge and agree that Midwest Security Products, Inc. may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
